If you have a pet and we agree to allow it in the property, the following charges will apply: Pet Deoposit: $500.00 (Refundable if no damage occurs) Monthly Pet Charges: Cats: $15/mo (per cat) Dogs: $25/mo (per dog) Water usage charges $50.00 per month A tenant may choose to put the water into their own name, once this is done, they can stop paying the $50.00 per month charge.
